Using Tradelle Beyond Shopify: TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay & More

Tradelle integrates directly with Shopify, and through Shopify you can fulfill orders from several other marketplaces too. Here's what works and how.

Shopify

All Shopify plans are supported except Shopify Starter, which doesn't support automated dropshipping. Connect your store by following this guide.

TikTok Shop, Amazon & eBay

Tradelle has no standalone integration with these marketplaces. Orders must reach your connected Shopify store through a supported sales channel, with the correct product and variant mapping.

For Amazon (FBM) or eBay, use Shopify Marketplace Connect.
For TikTok Shop, use Shopify’s TikTok sales channel, not Marketplace Connect. Follow Shopify’s TikTok setup guide and check regional eligibility.
Import products from Tradelle and map each marketplace listing to the correct Shopify variant. Keep the TR- SKU and Tradelle Fulfillment location.
Verify that orders sync into Shopify and that your fulfillment and payment settings are ready before accepting live orders.

TikTok Shop: verify your region’s dispatch, tracking, and delivery deadlines before listing products. Tradelle processing or delivery estimates do not guarantee compliance with every marketplace’s requirements.

eBay: hundreds of sellers use this method actively. Note that Tradelle doesn't provide fulfillment authorization letters or fixed return addresses for eBay compliance, since return addresses vary by product and can change monthly.

Errors In Marketplace Connect

Errors like "merchant not found" come from the Marketplace Connect app itself, not from Tradelle. Disconnect and reconnect your marketplace account in the app, confirm your seller account is active, and contact Shopify support if the error persists.

WooCommerce

WooCommerce is not supported. There is no direct integration and no workaround through other platforms. If WooCommerce is essential for you, you'd need a separate Shopify store connected to Tradelle and would have to manage WooCommerce orders separately, without automation.

A Note On Payment Gateways

Tradelle never touches your customer payments. Payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or local providers) are configured in your store platform and vary by country. For gateway issues, the right contact is Shopify support, not Tradelle.
