How To Claim Your Done-For-You Store

Purchased a Done-For-You store? Here's how to claim it and get selling.

This guide is for the purchased Done-For-You store ($49, 100 products). The free AI Store Builder works differently: you build it directly in your browser and no claim email is sent. If you're waiting for an email for a free AI store, there won't be one, simply continue the setup at stores.tradelle.io.

Step 1: Wait For Your Delivery Email

Your store is built and delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Once it's ready, you receive an email with access to your order tracking page.

Step 2: Claim The Store

On the order tracking page, click on Get store.

The claim flow guides you through creating a new Shopify account. The theme, all 100 products, and the full store build are then transferred to that account automatically.

An existing Shopify account cannot be used. This is a Shopify limitation, and it also means you get access to Shopify's introductory pricing for your new store.

Step 3: Activate Fulfillment

The 100 products in your store come pre-connected to Tradelle's fulfillment system. To activate automated fulfillment:

Subscribe to Tradelle (pricing)
Connect your store to your Tradelle account

No re-import of the products is needed. Once your store is connected, orders are picked up and fulfilled automatically.

After Delivery

The store is fully editable: design, products, pages, and social links are all yours to change. It ships as a general store, but the theme can be customized into a niche or one-product store.
The store is created in English, and the language can be changed in Shopify after delivery.
Tradelle cannot make changes to or restore Done-For-You stores after handover. Modifications are your responsibility, so consider duplicating the theme before larger edits.
Legal pages (privacy policy, terms of service, cookie consent, local requirements like the German Impressum) are your responsibility. Shopify provides templates you can customize for your market.
