How To Cancel Your Subscription Or Trial

You can cancel your Tradelle subscription or trial at any time, directly from your dashboard.

How To Cancel

Open your profile at the top right of the Tradelle dashboard and choose Subscriptions. Click Cancel subscription and complete the confirmation.

A paid subscription normally remains accessible until the end of the paid billing period. Check the access end date shown when you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not settle invoices already due.

Canceling During The Trial

If you cancel during your 7-day trial, trial access ends immediately and you will not be charged the full subscription amount at the trial end. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically after 7 days. If you don't want to continue, make sure to cancel before the trial period ends.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribed for the first time and Tradelle isn't for you, you're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your trial started. To request a refund, contact Tradelle through one of these channels:

The money-back guarantee applies to your first-ever subscription only. Re-subscriptions after a previous cancellation are not eligible.

Please always contact Tradelle first before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Tradelle voids the money-back guarantee and incurs a $50 dispute administration fee under the Terms of Use. Billing inquiries are acknowledged within 3 business days.

Switching To A Lower Plan

You can downgrade directly under your profile > Subscriptions. Review the lower plan’s limits and the effective date shown before confirming.

Canceling a legacy plan permanently ends its legacy pricing. If you are unsure what applies to your account, contact support@tradelle.io before canceling.
