How To Cancel Your Subscription Or Trial

You can cancel your Tradelle subscription or trial at any time, directly from your dashboard.


How To Cancel


Open your Tradelle dashboard, go to Settings and open the Subscription section. Click on Cancel subscription and confirm.


Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to all features until then, and you won't be charged again.


Canceling During The Trial


If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you won't be charged the full subscription amount when the trial ends. The $1 trial fee itself is non-refundable.


The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically after 7 days. If you don't want to continue, make sure to cancel before the trial period ends.


Money-Back Guarantee


If you subscribed for the first time and Tradelle isn't for you, you're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your trial started. To request a refund, contact Tradelle through one of these channels:



The money-back guarantee applies to your first-ever subscription only. Re-subscriptions after a previous cancellation are not eligible.


Please always contact Tradelle first before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Tradelle voids the money-back guarantee and incurs a $50 dispute administration fee under the Terms of Use. Billing inquiries are acknowledged within 3 business days.


Alternatives To Canceling


Pause Your Subscription


If you just need a break, you can pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months instead of canceling. While paused, you're not charged and your account, data, and settings are kept. Billing resumes automatically when the pause ends, and you can resume early at any time.


Pausing is available once per 12-month period. It's not available during the trial, for Lifetime Max, or while a fulfillment invoice is outstanding.


Switching To A Lower Plan


No need to cancel if a smaller plan fits you better: you can downgrade to a lower tier at any time from the Subscription section in your dashboard settings.


If you're on a legacy plan from before March 2026: canceling permanently ends your legacy pricing, while pausing keeps it. If you're unsure what applies to your account, reach out to support@tradelle.io before canceling.
