Fulfillment Invoices & Billing History

Every fulfillment charge comes with an invoice. Here's how billing works and where to find your documents.

How Fulfillment Billing Works

Tradelle charges your configured payment method once daily, combined for all orders processed that day. Each charge covers the product cost and shipping for those orders. A combined invoice is generated automatically and sent to your account email.

Downloading Invoices

You can view and download all past invoices in your dashboard: open the Fulfillment page, click on Payment Methods, and open Invoice History.

Invoice Currency

Fulfillment invoices can be issued in USD, EUR, or GBP. Change this on the Settings page under Currency. For currencies other than USD, amounts are converted automatically using the current exchange rate published by the European Central Bank.

Taxes

  • Tradelle's product prices do not include VAT. A 20% VAT applies to businesses based in the United Kingdom. Businesses outside the UK are responsible for their own VAT obligations.
  • Your invoices serve as expense records for your bookkeeping. You do not need to issue any invoices to Tradelle.
  • Collecting sales tax or VAT from your own customers is separate from Tradelle and depends on where your business is registered and where you sell. Consult a local tax professional for this.

All parcels ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): customs duties and import taxes for the shipment itself are already included in Tradelle's prices, and you don't need an EORI number or customs registration.
