Branding, Packaging & What Your Customer Sees

A common question from new sellers: what does the package actually look like when it arrives at my customer's door?

What's In The Box

  • Orders arrive in standard carrier packaging.
  • There is no invoice or pricing information inside the package. Your customer never sees what you paid.
  • Neither Tradelle's name nor your store name appears on branded materials, because there are none. The shipping label's return address shows the origin warehouse location.
  • For electronics, the correct power plug type for the destination country is included automatically by the manufacturer.

In short: nothing in the package reveals your supplier or your margin.

Custom Branding

Custom packaging and branded inserts are currently not available. Keeping fulfillment unbranded keeps product costs low for all sellers.

A full white-label branding option is planned in cooperation with a fulfillment partner. There is no date yet; details will be shared via email once it's officially on the roadmap.

Branding Workarounds That Work Today

  • Brand your digital touchpoints: order confirmation emails, shipping updates, and tracking pages (apps like AfterShip, ParcelPanel, or Track123 offer branded tracking pages). For most customers, these touchpoints shape the brand experience more than the box does.
  • Scale first, then brand physically: physical branding involves minimum order quantities, packaging costs, and storage, so it only makes sense with consistent sales. Once you're at around 25+ sales per day, Tradelle can connect you with a sourcing agent who arranges bulk purchases and branded packaging directly with the manufacturer. Reach out to support@tradelle.io when you're there.
