# How To Request A Product (Sourcing)

Found a winning product that isn't on Tradelle yet? The sourcing team can try to make it available for fulfillment.

# How To Submit A Request

Product inquiries and sourcing requests are currently handled **by email only** at **support@tradelle.io**. A dashboard inquiry feature is planned, but is not available yet. Include:

* A direct **AliExpress or Alibaba product link**, if available.
* The exact variant, color, size, or bundle.
* Destination country and expected quantity or order volume.
* A reference page or clear pictures if you do not have a supplier link.

|| A direct supplier link helps identify the exact item. If you only have a competitor page or pictures, support can review the reference and may ask for more information; sourcing is not guaranteed.

# What Happens Next

The sourcing team contacts multiple manufacturers to negotiate pricing and shipping. This takes time, and the team prioritizes **one product per seller at a time**, so lead with your best product.

Availability depends on supplier stock, product requirements, intellectual-property restrictions, and carrier rules. A product being unpatented does not guarantee that it can be sourced or shipped.

Once approved and available, the product appears in **Marketplace**, where you can check its variants, destination-specific shipping, and current costs before [importing it](/en/article/how-to-import-products-from-tradelle-to-shopify-11sae0m/).

# Pricing

* Share a lower supplier price if you want the team to check it. A price reduction is not guaranteed.
* Request bundle pricing for the exact combination and destination. Multiple SKUs do not automatically receive a combined shipping price or ship in one parcel.
* Use the confirmed quote and listed variant; do not promise bundle discounts before approval.

# Bulk Orders & Branding

Tradelle operates on a pay-when-paid model: products are fulfilled per order, so bulk purchases aren't supported. If you've scaled to around **25+ consistent daily sales** and want bulk pricing or branded packaging, Tradelle can connect you with a sourcing agent who handles that directly with the manufacturer.
